Professional email consultation
Talk to an Outbox Architect
Every email your company sends is brand, compliance, and pipeline — most companies have never had an expert look at all of it together. An Outbox Architect reviews your signature system, deliverability posture, campaigns, and governance in one working session, and leaves you a written plan. Complimentary, no obligation.
Request a consultationWhat the session covers
Signature system review
Layouts, templates, and data flow (HRIS/SSO) across your org — with a deliverability score for every live signature and the fixes ranked by impact.
Deliverability posture
How your signatures, images, links, and tracking behave against Gmail's proxy, Outlook's blocking, Apple MPP, and corporate scanners — and what that does to your open/click truth.
Campaign & booking funnel
Turning everyday 1:1 email into a measured channel: banner strategy, UTM discipline, booking links, and what a realistic click benchmark looks like for your team size.
Compliance & governance
Disclaimers, approval workflow, RBAC, works-council constraints, and data residency — mapped to your industry (finance, legal, healthcare, and more).
How it works
1. You request a session below — tell us your mail platform and team size. 2. A 45-minute working call on your real setup (bring screenshots or admin access, your call). 3. Within three business days you get a written action plan — ranked fixes, benchmarks, and, where relevant, how OwnSig would automate them. Keep the plan whether or not you become a customer.
Common questions
- What does an Outbox Architect actually do?
- An Outbox Architect is OwnSig's specialist for everything a company's outbox sends: signature systems, deliverability, campaign and booking-link strategy, and email governance. The consultation is a 45-minute working session on your real setup, followed by a written action plan.
- Is the consultation really free?
- Yes — it's complimentary and doesn't require being a OwnSig customer. There's no obligation; you keep the written recommendations either way.
- Who should attend from our side?
- Whoever owns email branding and IT deployment — typically someone from marketing/brand plus someone from IT. For regulated industries, compliance is welcome; the governance portion is written for them.
- How is this different from the enterprise proof of concept?
- The consultation is advisory — an expert review with recommendations. The proof of concept is hands-on — a provisioned Enterprise tenant evaluated in your environment for 30 days. Many teams do the consultation first and use its findings as the PoC success criteria.
